Sales & Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN USED and is in the original packaging. (Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.)
You may exchange or return merchandise by mail for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please note: AMH Design does not refund shipping and handling charges. Returned items must be shipped back by insured mail service-USPS, UPS or Fedex. We will not be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.

Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from AMH Design.
All custom kits are a FINAL SALE. We will not accept a return on any custom order. All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.
